Youth Pastor
Location: Oakleigh Community Church (OCC), North London
Salary: £31,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Part-time, 12 hours per week
Reports to: Minister and Leadership Team
Role Overview
The Youth Pastor will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and overseeing the youth ministry at Oakleigh Community Church (OCC). This role includes organising regular youth events, supporting young people’s spiritual growth, and developing a committed and enthusiastic volunteer team. The Youth Pastor will collaborate closely with the Minister, Directors, and Leadership Team to ensure a cohesive and impactful youth ministry.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in youth ministry, preferably within a church or Christian community setting.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage positively with young people and adults.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop a volunteer team.
• Understanding of safeguarding practices and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in standard IT systems (Microsoft Office, email, social media platforms).
Personal Qualities:
• Passionate about youth ministry and spiritual growth.
• Approachable, enthusiastic, and relationally skilled.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Operations Coordinator
Role: Operations Coordinator
Location: Oakleigh Community Church (OCC), North London
Salary: £27,800 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week
Reports to: Minister and Directors
Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth running and efficient management of operational aspects of Oakleigh Community Church (OCC), with particular focus on buildings management, lettings, and general operational oversight. This role requires proactive coordination, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Minister, Directors, and Leadership Team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in operations management or administrative coordination, preferably within a church or community setting.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, capable of interacting professionally with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in standard IT systems (Microsoft Office, booking software, email).
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and statutory compliance.
Personal Qualities:
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Reliable and flexible.
• Collaborative, with a positive and supportive approach.
